About the Job:

Kumusta! (“hello” in Filipino). We’re Fila Manila and we are here to represent the next generation of Filipino American flavors. You may have seen us on Shark Tank recently, as we aim to bring Filipino flavors to homes across the country. We make award winning products like Filipino Adobo marinade, Kare Kare marinade, Banana Ketchup, and Ube Spread. This is a dynamic and exciting start-up est. 2020 that has it’s sights on making Fila Manila the household name for Filipino cuisine in grocery stores.

As we continue our growth, we are looking for a COO, or General Manager, or whatever title makes sense, to take a multi-faceted leadership role in our small yet ground-breaking company. The ideal candidate has experience in a similar role(s), adaptable in a fast moving environment, has mastery in ops and finance functions, and is looking to help us pioneer and continue leading the market in Filipino flavors.

What You Bring to Role:

• Attitude to learn, grow, move quickly, and win
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and will lead ops and finance
• A track record of fostering positive work environment and crafting company culture
• Familiarity with Global Cultures & Flavors, specifically Filipino, is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the founder and multi-functional team to lead, plan, and execute all aspects of the business.
